Steve Ritchie is a pinball machine designer. Prolific and popular, Ritchie first designed Airborne Avenger at Atari in 1977, but left Atari for Williams before his second game (Superman) would be released. Ritchie designed games at Williams through 1995's No Fear. He returned to pinball at Stern for Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines in 2003, most recently designing Spider-Man in 2007. He was inducted into the Pinball Expo Hall of Fame on November 15, 1997. He is designer Mark Ritchie's older brother.
Steve was interviewed on TOPcast episode 32 on May 9, 2007. Steve also appears in the Pinball Passion Documentary released 2008.
